From the moment I heard about the B Corp movement back in 2018, I was enchanted and inspired, eager to be part of an initiative which aligns with my business’s core values and vision for a better future for all.
So, why did Thriving Leadership™ embark on the journey to become a B Corp? 🤔
Firstly, because I believe that we are all meant to thrive sustainably, and we can only embody this state of being when we have a positive impact in the world—when we care for all our stakeholders (including clients, communities, and our Mother Earth), not solely our shareholders and profit. 🌍💚
Secondly, being a B Corp invites you to continually improve the core work of your business—maintaining alignment with your purpose (which is at the heart of your existence), living your core values daily, and enhancing your impact in the world through serving communities and the environment. This makes decision-making processes in my business straightforward and clear. This is the role of the B Corp certification for me—to hold us accountable, to challenge us to keep learning, and to expand the impact of Thriving Leadership™ as a force for good. 💪✨
Being a B Corp means I am part of a community of like-minded leaders and entrepreneurs who share similar values, supporting and inspiring each other in our mission to transform the economic system into a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative global economy. 🙌

We are continuously committed to donating 5% of our sales to the Petko Hinov Foundation. The founder of Thriving Leadership volunteers for the Petko Hinov Foundation’s project ‘Together for the Children of Bulgaria’, which inspires, educates, and empowers a generation of future leaders who are compassionate, empathetic, steadfast in their values, and are leading the change towards a thriving future for people and the planet. 🌟

What are the key insights for us from completing the B Impact Assessment?
📍 50% of our suppliers are local businesses.
📍 44% of our suppliers are small businesses.
📍 Over 30% are women-owned businesses.
📍 One supplier is a certified B Corp.
📍 80% return rate of youngsters in our Impact Programme developed in partnership with the Petko Hinov Foundation.
📍 There has been a substantial increase of 62% in 2024 (compared to 2023) in volunteer hours for the project ‘Together for the Children of Bulgaria’.
